Refund policy

At MNM Designs, we want you to love your order. This policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds — and how your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply.


1. Change-of-Mind Returns (Non-Custom Items Only)

We offer a 30-day return period on non-custom products. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging

  • Original tags or labels must be attached

  • You must provide proof of purchase

Please note that custom, made-to-order, or personalised items (such as printed apparel, decals, signage, or 3D-printed designs) cannot be returned for change of mind.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.


2. Faulty, Incorrect, or Not-as-Described Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@mnmdesigns.com.au with your order details and photos of the issue.

We will assess the situation and, in line with the Australian Consumer Law, offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the problem.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.


3. How to Start a Return

To start a return or report a fault:
Email sales@mnmdesigns.com.au with the following details:

  • Full name and order number

  • Description of the issue or reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged or faulty)

Please do not send items back without first contacting us — returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


4. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
If your exchange is for a faulty or incorrect item, we’ll cover return shipping costs.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order products

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

If you’re unsure about an item, please contact us before ordering.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: banks and credit card providers can take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at sales@mnmdesigns.com.au.


7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If your purchase fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy.
