Shipping policy

At MNM Design, we take pride in producing and dispatching every order with care. The information below explains how we handle shipping, turnaround times, and delivery expectations for both standard and custom orders.


1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days once payment has been received.
Custom or made-to-order products (including printed apparel, signage, or 3D-printed items) may take 7–14 business days to complete, depending on design approval and production workload.

If your order requires design proofing or approval, production will begin after final sign-off.

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your order weight, size, and destination.
We currently use Australia Post and Sendle for most deliveries.

You’ll be able to choose between:

  • Standard Shipping (2–8 business days)

  • Express Shipping (1–4 business days)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier capacity, and external events beyond our control.


3. Local Pickup

Local customers may choose free pickup from our Emerald studio.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a pickup confirmation email with details.

4. Delivery Delays & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, MNM Design is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers, customs, or weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

If your package is delayed or missing, contact us at sales@mnmdesigns.com.au, and we’ll help you lodge an inquiry with the carrier.


5. International Shipping

At this time, MNM Design ships within Australia only.
For bulk or international enquiries, please contact us directly at sales@mnmdesigns.com.au.


6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at sales@mnmdesigns.com.au with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.


7. Order Tracking & Status

To check your order status, refer to your shipping confirmation email.
If you haven’t received tracking information after 7 business days, please reach out to our team.


8. Changes to Shipping Policy

We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in carriers, pricing, or processes. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
